Honesty,Honesty, Honesty I own a Limo Transportation Company in Palm Springs Area so when i saw that they had 2 Chevrolet Suburbans for sale i took the risk of driving around I own a Limo Transportation Company in Palm Springs Area so when i saw that they had 2 Chevrolet Suburbans for sale i took the risk of driving around 4 hours to go and check them.i had checked the reviews before making that decision and i have contact them and they immediately replied in details about the cars and the loan and everything i needed to know. The previous week i had visit another dealership in Los Angeles Area and i cancel the buy the last minute when they lie to my face and try to pump up the interest rate just before the signatures and after they had already check my credit score which was above 800 ,so i was and i am always skeptical with the cars dealerships, After all it seems some of them do not have the best of intentions when they sell the cars. Believe it or not this transaction with Bakersfield Hunday really changed my mind. They were honest in every step of the way,efficient with all the procedures and polite. Hose was the sellsman assigned to me and he was with me almost all the time .he even came with me to the bank to get the down payment since my business checks did not have the company logo . The manager Carlos was very forward and very nice in negotiations about the price . The most important thing it was when i contacted them after the buy so that i find out about the issuance of commercial plates from the D.M.V and they were phenomenal in the follow up responses from both of them. At the end i have to mention that they also send me a check back of 410 dollars since the DMV issued the plates only for 4 months and not for a year;;; I do not know any body in that dealers ship and in no way i have any affiliation with any one of them and anything to do with Bakersfield and it was my first time there and i do not regret it. I will most definitely drive again 4 hours should i decide to buy any car and call Carlos the manager to find me a car when i decide to acquire one for my business or my family.
