About Two hours for an scheduled oil change!! When I called to make the appointment, I asked how long does it take and they said about an hour, but probably less. However, I am not sure if the multi-point inspection was actually done. The reason for my confusion on this point is (1) it appears that the coupon I provided, which included a multi-point inspection, was not applied since I didnt see it noted anywhere on my receipt; and (2) no-one made any comments to me about the inspection or noted anything in my paperwork. I obviously don't want anyone to make up problems, but at a minimum I would have expected someone to point out the things that I myself knew; for example: my tire pressure gauge was on (it is malfunctioning), and I had a front light out. Neither of these obvious issues were brought to my attention, so it is hard for me to conclude that anyone actually inspected the vehicle. Since that was the primary reason I brought my vehicle in, I was disappointed about the lack of feedback/service in this area. More

He gets there and there is no appointment on schedule. They tried making it work by getting him a rental since the guy who does tinting wasn't going to be there till 5pm. They also needed to make me a new key with fob as the sales lost the 2nd key before I purchased. They had windows tinted but now I need to bring back again cause they needed to order the fob. I picked up my car on the next day. And was told to not wash or roll down windows for few days. Today is 5th day and noticed bubbles in my tiny. Which guess what? I have to bring it back again. It seems like such a hassle. I thought would have been great as the sales process was wonderful. But my outlook is not so positive More
