Friendly Service I have been to Hyundai a few times to get my car serviced and I’ve always been pleased with the service I receive. This time I had a few things wrong I have been to Hyundai a few times to get my car serviced and I’ve always been pleased with the service I receive. This time I had a few things wrong with my car some of which I wasn’t aware what the core issues were. They explained to me everything in detail and answered all my questions. I had one main issue with my car and the others were either cosmetic or they weren’t necessities but could be in a little time. I didn’t feel pressured at all to get every service done on my car. I expressed what i wanted them to work on and they did. It did take a little bit longer than I thought but I didn’t mind because they were extremely thorough in the diagnosis of the car and considering I didn’t have an appointment the wait wasn’t too bad. I received excellent and friendly service and I will be returning in the future. More

I would go through the process again today! I saw the new Palisade in an advertisement on an international flight and decided to stop in a few days after getting back to the states. Given that the vehicle is new, I understood when our initial sales person wasn't too educated on the vehicle. Nick and his team MORE than made up for it. After our quick test drive of a FWD variant, I went straight to the desk and talked to Nick. I told him what we were looking for (an AWD, gray, SE) and what I expected to pay. He spent the next week and a half dealing with our calls and tracking down a vehicle trade without even taking a deposit. After getting our vehicle in stock, Chuy came in on his day off for me to take it for a quick test drive and then we got paperwork started with Angel and Pete who made the process headache free. I drove away just a few hours after starting the process. I can't recommend Bakersfield Hyundai and Nick's team any higher! More
