Service Appt at Bakersfield Hyundai I had an appointment at 9:30 am on Friday 6/21. I was greeted promptly and was checked in within just a few minutes. Trusting I got a call from a gentleman named Jack about a promotion they were having. I was hesitant to go in because I had some spots on my credit that I beli I got a call from a gentleman named Jack about a promotion they were having. I was hesitant to go in because I had some spots on my credit that I believed was going to hinder me from being approved for a new car. Jack heard me out and made me feel like it wasn’t the end of the road because of these blemishes on my credit. I arrived and spoke with Sal from the finance department and again I laid out all my concerns and he heard me out and answered all my questions and I had a lot. I finally decided to give it a shop and I met my salesman Phillip he asked me what I was looking for and he showed me the available cars. I picked the car I liked and their team went to work. I was approved and I was in disbelief that they could get me approved. I signed my papers and drove off in my 2019 new car with only 33 miles on it. I highly recommend Bakersfield Hyundai. More
