Your service rep David Clark is just amazing, caring and shows great compassion when you're startled of what's wrong with your car and in my case it was needing a new engine. Of course I teared up when he told me this but he quickly and calmly said Deborah its covered under the 100K warranty. Don't fret. He has always been my go to service rep and he's taken really good care of me ever since my beloved passed away 7 years ago. Making sure the recalls are done, reminding me its time for oil change/tire rotation; responds to my calls/texts when I have a question about my car. Called to let me know since a new engine was being put in that he suggest we replace all the belts and hoses since they are 7 years old. Especially since I would be traveling across country in August. Taking care of the cost of rental was a big relief while my car was being fixed (3-1/2 weeks). I don't trust taking my car anywhere else to be serviced. David went to bat for me back in 2014 when I was in a hit and run accident. He made sure I got true Hyundai parts not some off brand. He assured me that the parts were guaranteed as to if it was done somewhere else they wouldn't be. I just love Hyundai service dept. (David too) for your professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and sincere concern to make sure the customer always leaves happy and satisfied!!!!!! Whenever a friend is looking for a new car I always tell them to go to Hyundai, you'll be glad you did. And out of the 25 I've recommended a Hyundai car to , 13 have bought from you!!!!
