Make good I had an oil change and the drain plug was not tightened properly resulting in an oil leak. I called Bakersfield Hyundai and they sent two techs ou I had an oil change and the drain plug was not tightened properly resulting in an oil leak. I called Bakersfield Hyundai and they sent two techs out tighten the plug and make sure the vehicle had enough oil to be operated. They took it back to the shop and returned it with a complete oil change done. The vehicle was only gone about an hour. Kudos to the service department for their very fast and courteous service. More

Was totally ignored after having an aooointment was ignored Went in to lower payments. Was never showed a new car only asked what color I preferred. When I went in Chief told me he had to leave to get a car and that his brother would help me. He probably only spent a total of 20!minutes in 5 hours. The manager had always been fair but he was gone that day making a commercial. More
