My only complaint was having to wait over 30 minutes for my initial test drive appointment. I went and set up an appointment online to avoid that very issue. I was called twice to confirm my appointment and had what seemed like great customer service on the phone. When I arrived they told me to take a seat and someone would be right with me since all the available associates were busy.... even the one I had an appointment with. I felt very unimportant and unimpressed with the dealership at that point. I almost left. When I made the decision to buy my car it was a whole different story. Daniel worked with me and my family to make sure everything was in place when I picked up my car. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had the exact car I wanted. He took the time to show me how to use as many of the features as he could think of before I drove the car off the lot. He even offered for me to call him with any questions at any time. He was fantastic. More
