Best car buying experience I've had I HATED the thought of having to go through the car buying/leasing experience to get a new car. I can't say enough about the excellent and fair treatm I HATED the thought of having to go through the car buying/leasing experience to get a new car. I can't say enough about the excellent and fair treatment I received from Daniel Quillen at Bakersfield Hyundai. He and the other staff who assisted me (sorry blanking on their names) at the dealership have made me completely rethink the car buying/leasing experience. I would highly recommend Bakersfield Hyundai to anyone looking for a car and wants to walk away with a great experience. More

Worst experience ever buying a new vehicle. Deciding on the Hyundai Santa Fe and price was easy. Getting the vehicle was another story. Was not explained that Hyundai does not build new vehicl Deciding on the Hyundai Santa Fe and price was easy. Getting the vehicle was another story. Was not explained that Hyundai does not build new vehicles for customers, even though the online build process makes you feel like you are ordering/configuring your new vehicle directly from the manufacturer. Should of had a clue when the dealer found our car in Colorado and could ship it here for an additional $1,500. We declined stating our online order from the manufacturer includes delivery charges, why should we pay more. We will wait for the car for the manufacturer. What a joke, had I not called after waiting for three weeks to find out the status of the delivery of our new car I probably would still be waiting. Nothing had been done, I even opened a case with Hyundai directly and still got no satisfaction, but this is when we found out that we would have to let the dealer locate a vehicle somewhere in the US matching our order. We made too many trips to the dealer(an hour drive 1 way) lost/misplaced paperwork, change of sales person, and vehicle did not have all of the accessories we order when it arrived. More
