I was there for 4 hrs for an oil change, had nobody check up on me while I waited. Granted I didn’t have an appointment but I saw others with no appointment go in and out before me, even those who got there up on me while I waited. Granted I didn’t have an appointment but I saw others with no appointment go in and out before me, even those who got there after me. When someone finally checked on me at the end of the 4 hrs, my car was suddenly ready. It really felt like they had forgotten about me/my car.
