Hello I took my Tuscan in that I purchased here last year, it was starting to have issues with starting. I was not greeted immediately in the service department by the person at the front desk, but the year, it was starting to have issues with starting. I was not greeted immediately in the service department by the person at the front desk, but the service manager did see me and called me over. I believe his name was Joe ( I apologize if I got it wrong) He was efficient in taking my information and sent me to the comfortable waiting area. After a few hours he called and stated they found the issue and will need to keep my car. They quickly got me a rental to borrow and off I went. I had purchased a warranty on my vehicle so the work was all covered. I was called to come to pick it up after two days and was advised it was the battery. I trust this dealer and will only bring my vehicle here for service. I also would probably always come here first if I ever needed a different vehicle. I absolutely love the service and my new Tuscan! Thank you for asking! More
