Made an appt a week in advance for 3 o'clock. Showed up to appt for AC Service and was asked if I was going to leave overnight. It's the only car we have, so of course I wasn't planning to leave Showed up to appt for AC Service and was asked if I was going to leave overnight. It's the only car we have, so of course I wasn't planning to leave it. Rep told me that mechanic leave at 5pm, so they probably would be able to service my car. Even though, the appt was made by Hyundai and FOR the AC repair. If it was too late in the day, then why not suggest an earlier time when the appt was made. Ultimately, they took my car in and brought it out 1.5 hrs later claiming it was "fixed". 2 weeks later the issue has arisen again; essentially they did a "quick fix" to get me out of there and appease my complaint. Now I have to take it back in and deal with the same issue again and probably the same incompetence of the reps. More
