First off, I can't begin to express how incredible this dealership is. I first bought a 2006 SRT8 Magnum from them 7 years ago. I walked in and got greeted quickly from the employee at the Express Counter. I never saw him before and also didn't see his picture in the employee listing, so maybe he's new. After much research, my husband and I contacted Bald Hill regarding the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Rubicon. The initial response from David, the Internet Sales Manager, was typical. He asked a few questions to regarding the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Rubicon. The initial response from David, the Internet Sales Manager, was typical. He asked a few questions to get a better idea of what we were looking for and my husband responded appropriately and in much detail. We were then told that no vehicles that matched our criteria could be found, but that he would be happy to order a 2014 and have it delivered in approx. 6 weeks. Since we are in the market now, that was not an option. My husband thanked him for his time and that was that. A little while later, David responded saying that he had located a vehicle near Philadelphia, he sent us the window sticker for review. My husband asked if there was any possibility that he could obtain pictures, to which Mr. Vallante replied "What makes you think they are willing to take pictures for me?". My husband responded that he felt like they may be willing to do so if asked nicely. This is when the situation took a downhill turn. My husband who is an active duty Navy chief was told that he knows nothing about the car business and that he should stick to being a seaman. I have forwarded the entire email conversation to the General Manager of the dealership and will continue to spread the word about the horrible customer service at this dealership. More

Frank Vescera Jr. was pleasant to work with. He was very personable. It was like talking with an old friend. I did not feel like I was getting the "hard sale."
