Typically, going to a car dealership to buy a new vehicle is like going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled ... necessary but not a pleasant experience. We are happy to say that our experience with Bald Hill Dodge was pretty much unlike any other we've ever had. They were friendly, informative, helpful, and not pushy. Instead of trying to close the deal forcefully on our first visit, they advised us that we "had to be happy with our decision" and to "give them a call" when we were ready. What a refreshingly different attitude. Further, we had originally requested quotes online from five different Dodge dealers, as we knew exactly the truck that we wanted. Bald Hill, one of the five dealerships, was the only dealership that went out of their way to find ALL of the applicable rebates that we qualified for, saving us a lot of money. None of the other dealerships quoted any rebates other than the "standard" ones. Bald Hill went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best price. We would absolutely recommend them (and in fact we have.) Mike was about the most pleasant salesperson we've ever come across, and Rachel was a sweetheart to deal with. I bought a 2011 chrysler 300 the other day from Bald Hill Dodge and had a great experience in buying it! The salesman, Bill Bent was great, very friendly, and very knowlegeable! He was extremley knowlegeable and showed me the different styles of chryslers he had on the lot and i sat in a couple of them while he explained in detail all about the cars. There was absolutly no pressure from Bill to make a purchase! I have bought new vechicles before from other dealerships, but i felt very at home and at ease while at Bald Hill. When it was time to pick up my new car, Bill went out of his way to show in-depth again ALL the features on my car. I had never received that type of service from other dealerships! I went to Bald Hill Dodge knowing exactly what I wanted. As soon as I stepped out of the car I was given a few moments to look and Mike came up and asked how we were doing. It did not stop him from getting me what I wanted. He asked me to go inside so he could find the dealer that had my "perfect car" and he found it in just a few short moments later. I told him how much I wanted in payments and he agreed that the payments would not be a problem. Mike took care of everything for me. I did nothing but sit back and wait. The SUV was delivered several days later with no miles (must of been towed) and sparkling clean. We have been on the car hunt for nearly 5 months for our first brand new car purchase. We have driven nearly every vehicle in the compact SUV market. We have made offers on several vehicles at other dealerships but have walked away as the deal did not feel right or the price was too high compared to Kelley Blue Book. Our relationship started with Bald Hill Dodge with the internet sales manager Rachel, who took the time to figure out what I wanted. She emailed me stickers saving us valuable time and we were able to compare prices to KBB. She also provided fast responses - the fastest compared to other dealers. We made an appointment to test drive and Mike the salesman jumped through all of the hoops we put him through, including lining up the vehicles front to back so that I could compare colors. We have looked at other Jeeps at other dealerships, but Mike was the first salesman to explain the 4X4 to us. Much to our surprise, they made a realistic offer that matched exactly what we were willing to pay. There was no haggling as we experienced with other dealers. They didn't run a credit check on us prior to setting the price of the vehicle as other dealers do. We watched TV while the paperwork was prepared and drove home in our brand new Jeep Patriot. We never felt like this dealership was trying to "pull one over" on us. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here. More
