As much as I enjoy getting a new car, I never look forward to the actual sales experience. After visiting a couple of other dealerships and not being satisfied I thought that maybe I'd just keep my c forward to the actual sales experience. Then I stumbled across this website and read many positive reviews regarding Bald Hill Jeep. Thats when I decided to give buying a new car another shot. Before visiting the dealership I contacted one of their salesmen Louie Ruggeiri and told him what I was looking for. He was great; he followed-up with me, was very informative, and never pushy. I finally made it to dealership and again was pleasantly surprised. They had a huge amount of new and used inventory and it seemed like everyone who worked there liked their job and was pro-customer-service. Whoever I ran into greeted me and smiled, unlike every other dealership I had visited. For example, this one other dealership (I wont mention any names) I went into, I walked into showroom, stood there for about five / ten minutes, then sat in the car I was interested in, and still nobody approached me. I then had to finally walk up to a salesman and ask for assistance, it actually seemed like I was bothering him. Bald Hill Jeep's experience is exactly what I was looking for. Bald Hill Dodge is a unique dealership. They have a very friendly, no pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Quality, comfort and performance is superior to Camaro and Mustang. I orginally bought an RT and just traded it for an SRT8. We love the Challenger so much, my wife just bought one for herself! The service department is terrific too. When I brought one of the cars in for service for a sound I was not familiar with, the technician asked me if I would like to come along for the drive. How many service departments would do that? Turns out, the sound was normal tire contact with the road. The salesman, Dave Connetti, is one of the best persons I have had the pleasure to deal with. I bought all three vehicles from him. He takes his time with you and is very knowledgeable. Never a pressure sale. He makes you feel very comfortable and not all talk is about the sale. I never felt rushed by him. I highly recommend him. I had their finance department handle the arrangements. Talk about smooth and fast. The paperwork was correct with no surprise changes. I drove from Duxbury, MA to Warwick, RI (1.5 hours)to purchase my new Dodge Ram 1500 because Bald Hill gave me by far the best deal. Their web site was one of the best I visited. The Bald Hill site had a copy of their newspaper ad which gave me the ability to gage their competitiveness with the rest of the market. They also have a few photos of the actual vehicle in addition to the stock photos. There were a lot of the little things that made a difference and caused me to drive down, but none more than their offer to knock almost $11K off the MSRP of a new Ram 1500. My wife and had a great purchasing experience with Paul DeSilva and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from Bald Hill. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable regarding the Dodge trucks. All in all, the great offer, the web site, the fair offer for my trade in, friendly and knowledgeable staff resulted in a very satisfying experience which is normally pretty stressful. Overall my experience we Good to Great. Frank was very friendly and hard working to get me the vehicle I wanted. I wasn't being called constantly to make a deal, which was good. That was different from previous times I have bought a car at a dealer. On the other hand, it did make me wonder if they wanted to sell me a car because I had to call for the final appointment, but it worked out. The entire transaction was negotiated over the phone & with emails without having to take the time to visit the dealership. Once the deal was agreed upon and it was time to go pick up our new truck, I was a little skeptical having not seen it. When we got there I was pleasantly surprised. The truck actually had a couple of options that I was not expecting, our interest rate was lower than quoted thus lowering our monthly payment, everything was explained in great detail and I think we were driving away an hour later. I have purchased several vehicles and this by far was the most painless and pleasurable purchases to date. To top things off, after the truck was sold we needed to expedite the registration, Paul not only expedited the process but he actually dropped the registration off at my house.
