Ever get one of those "letters from Balise? " As former customers looking to trade up from a Balise Chevy Trax from 2015 we took their letter assuring us that Balise wanted to sell us a new one. We went on Saturday to determine whether a too good to be true offer letter was too good. Very fine print on the reverse (of course) that even with glasses and corrected 20/20 vision was impossible to parse. So we show up and find out the deal was 50% of what was in the letter on a trade in and they seemed surprised (shocked, even) that we stood up immediately and left. I will buy a new car. I will buy one in Rhode Island. It will not be from Balise. More

We brought our 2018 Chevrolet volt in for service. It had a sooted up EGR valve that was causing all kinds of trouble.
