bit disappointed with the service. Bought a certified car 6 years ago, looking to trade it in now. set an appointment with our original sales person and arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment. Our sales person put us in a corner table to wait for another family to finish. he grabbed 1 car for us to drive and then went on to help several other people with questions and test drives. We waited hours there while he helped other people. we eventually opted out of a car and went home due to the lack of communication, lengthy process with zero interaction with the sales person and just zero respect. I was disappointed because previously he was very considerate and easy to work with - answered all the questions we had etc. We just felt like a burden or like we were wasting his time. Taking my business to a different dealer from now on.
