Dale took care of it I had an issue with the power steering which had been a recall and it was acting up so I made an appointment and I was not happy about the $134.00 dia I had an issue with the power steering which had been a recall and it was acting up so I made an appointment and I was not happy about the $134.00 diagnostic fee which I told Dale and because it was a recalled item he waived the charge and they fixed the problem (blown fuse). I am glad that he exhibited common sense and talked me off the ledge and I am 100% happy and would recommend them whole heartedly. More

Precise, informative, no nonsense I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Eddie Sherman at Balise Chevrolet in Warwick. Admittedly, when I went into the dealership, I had my claws out and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Eddie Sherman at Balise Chevrolet in Warwick. Admittedly, when I went into the dealership, I had my claws out and was ready for battle, as this was the 4th dealership I had been to in search of a full size SUV that would t break the bank but still had all of the features that I was looking for. I was introduced to Eddie upon arrival and I think he could sense my angst and was extremely professional, wanting to know everything that I was looking for and needed to purchase. He treated me with respect and explained everything in detail about the truck and the financing options that I had available. Even with my extreme sarcasm, he handled the transaction professionally and put me at ease with the understanding of what a big purchase this is. I really can't say enough about Eddie. 2014 Chevy Impala 2LTZ I looked for a new car for a very long time and when i did find a car last year i was turned down due to my financing situation (bad credit) . After looking on CarGurus.com i narrowed down my search to a Chevy impala 2LTZ and there were 3 in was interested in , in a 75 mile radius from where i live (massachusetts) and the best looking and best priced one was a Balise Chevy in Warwick RI. I didnt think twice about it and went straight to the dealership one evening with my girlfriend. We looked around the lot and saw the Impala we were looking at and immedietly fell in love with it. Ben accompanied us on the test drive and i couldnt believe how many features the car had and how well it drove. After getting back to the dealership we began to talk financing, i knew it was going to be difficult but they assured me they would get something done one way or another. We got the financing approved after searching many lenders and i picked up the car a couple days later. The whole process was insanely easy..Ben was such a pleasure to deal with, he treated me and my girlfriend like we were his only customer-not pushy at all. This dealership is absolutely great , i cant say enough about how well they treated me. This was my first american car in 14 years and i can say its the best car i have ever driven. Great experience, 5 stars! I would like to thank Ben and Beau for getting the deal done, without them i probably wouldnt have a job right now because of how bad my current vehicle was! More
