Service with a smile - but he needs a new belt My intention was to go and just look at cars to see what was available and what the dealer had to offer. My salesman, Kyle Blackmar, was helpful, yet My intention was to go and just look at cars to see what was available and what the dealer had to offer. My salesman, Kyle Blackmar, was helpful, yet not overbearing. He listened to what I was looking for, worked with what I could afford and closed a deal when I was only going to look. He was able to get me a payment I could afford with a lease that I was comfortable with. He was very personable, had a great sense of humor, yet still got me through the leasing process without any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Balise, and I would definitely tell them to ask for Kyle. Sebastian Mavrides was also extremely pleaseant, clearly knew what he was doing as he went through the mounds of paperwork needed for the lease and explained everything so I could make informed decisions. My wife and I tested three different models, ultimately choosing a Traverse. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a decision until we were ready. While we were waiting to speak with Josh, we found a car that was just listed and not yet on the lot. Even though delivery took a couple of extra days than expected it was well worth it. Sebastian took his time to explain all of the paperwork we were signing. We ended up finding a small error during the review and he fixed it without any issue. This was the first time we felt we weren't rushed into signing paperwork. We want to thank Dan and the rest of his staff for the no pressure approach. We will be back and will recommend to anyone looking for a Chevy! More
