I was able to test any vehicle I was interested in and Jen H. Was friendly and we were able to talk as regular people versus regular dealer and customers interaction. She helped me work through all the steps and by the end of the day I walked out with a great deal on the Honda and a low insurance payment as well. I can honestly say this is one of the few vehicle purchases I have made where I was able to enjoy the excitement of buying a new car. In addition I was very pleased with the overall attitude of everyone in the dealership that I dealt with. I was contacted by Jason who is in charge of customer satisfaction within days of visiting the dealership to follow up with me inquiring about my experience. I had visited Balise a few years ago and I was not pleased at all at the service I had received.
