Always a pleasure buying at balise well I guess you can say this was my fourth Blaise purchase! its always a pleasure coming to Blaise when you know your going to be taken care of. As always Paula was very helpful in the process, I reached out to her a week prior to throw some ideas to her, she gave me some options that I felt my parents would be fine with, drove my parents up to Warwick and they drove off proud owners of a Chevy cruze. Paula is always pleasant to work with. she takes the time with you to really make sure its the right vehicle for you. Sebastian is also always a pleasure working with as he always makes the closing process very smooth and easy. There was one more individual whom I cant leave out however don't recall his name, but he also was a help with my parents with getting the insurance on it and receiving the binder. Also deserving much praise is Jason Guilbault, my very first contact, who gently eased me into possible automobile solutions and who was always calm and calming. He is a prince of a man. But I ended up at Balise because they had the used car I wanted. I would say the only issue I had was I needed my monthly payment to be a t certain amount. The manager came over and had me sign off to what I wanted, but when I got to sign the purchase and sales with loan person it was $15 a month over what I had asked. I didn't bother to haggle as I had been there for over 3 hours and wanted to go home. I would recommend the dealership, it wasn't as bad as it was a few years ago. I didn't feel pressured at all.
