Jen made the best of a terrible situation that's for sure. in the process of getting my 2012 cruze I had to leave for a little while to take out my dog and feed her, after leaving and only making it a few miles down the road, my car completely died and here my boyfriend and were stranded on 37 she came and got us brought us back to the dealership and then back to the my car for triple A to tow us back to the dealership. and still gave me a trade in value from my none working vehicle. needless to say Jen and her crew stopped at nothing to find me my car that I love minus outside color. and got me out as fast as they could because I had to be at work for 8. I was highly impressed and was pleased with everyone that help what a terrible process to be a great one for my boyfriend my 3yr old daughter and myself. thank you Jen Hanley your an angel and ill will be sending everyone your way. you done hell of a job ! He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car, always kept me informed of what was happening in the process, never hit me hard on the sales push, and had an engaging personality. He also had the car polished and cleaned multiple times as it wasn't upto his standard. It was an extremely busy day for the dealership, yet I never once felt like he was rushing me. Emily was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicles and provided to me information at a level I have not experienced at other dealerships. The thing I was most impressed with was the way she raved about the integrity of the company she worked for and more specifically the location she worked at. This made me want to make my purchase from THIS dealership. In my dealings with Emily I learned about her on a professional and personal level and vice versa. She developed a relationship and trusted customer by just being herself within a few hours. If that is not superior than I don't know what is! Purchasing a car I purchased Chevrolet Cruze on November 16, 2015. Our sales person was Josh. We had been in to the dealership approximately two months earlier and l I purchased Chevrolet Cruze on November 16, 2015. Our sales person was Josh. We had been in to the dealership approximately two months earlier and looked at the Cruze and told him when our Granddaughter got her license the end of October we would be back. Josh was absolutely wonderful. He was fully knowledgeable, no matter how many questions we asked hm he was very patient and answered all our questions. He made my granddaughter very comfortable on her test drive and even called her to wish her luck on her road test. Because of the excellent service we received on our first visit, we called Josh and told him we were ready and told him what we wanted and could he have some figures ready..When we arrived he greeted us at the door and had the numbers ready. he explained all our options, no pressure at all. My granddaughter decided on a 2016 Cruze. Fits her perfectly. Sebastian Mavrides was great, gave us the best financial service. Bottom line, I bought a Impala 2LTZ last year and because of the excellent service came back this year and bought and plan to go back next year because my Husband wants a new car. Highly recommend this dealership. The sales people are knowledgeable, answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with your purchase, Best of all, no pressure into buying something you don't want. Once Jason understood our situation he figured out a way to get us in a great new car with out strapping us financially. He found a perfect solution for us, and it literally felt like a weight was lifted. Once we knew what direction we were going Jason connected us with Kyle. All I can say is if you want a Chevy...Go. See. Kyle. It is amazing how much knowledge he has on the cars and the models. He is patient, helpful and fun to deal with. While he set up our Onstar and hooked my phone up to the car he dropped some more knowledge on us about seat sensors and airbags! He's awesome.
