Chris and kyle blackmar are refusing to fix the issues as promised and are calling me a liar. I purchased the 4 door car 3 days before giving birth to my newborn. I was in desperate need of a 4 door car to accommodate my growing family. Kyle knew just what to say to get me to by the car and now they are being extremely dissresctful and abusive. All I want is what was promised to me as terms of the sale. Now i have contacted a lawyer and the attorney general. I can't beleive human beings would treat others this way. I would never recommend balise to anyone More

Pleasant experience I don't work well with the typical good cop bad cop pressure of most dealerships. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised here. I was able to take my time and not feel rushed about my purchase. After looking for a car for 2 months and having some very bad and aggravating experiences I was happy here. Upon arriving, we met up with Eddie Sherman who was incredibly friendly and courteous. Eddie helped us find the perfect Equinox - last they had in stock! - and also went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get the car we wanted, even after we had to wait a few extra days to finish the deal. When I came back to seal the deal, I also had a chance to work with Beau Saad from the finance department who was also very friendly and helped answer every question I had about the purchase. Overall, working with the guys at Balise was the best possible experience you can have when buying a new car. I felt important, I never felt pressured to close the deal, and Eddie went above and beyond to make me and my fiancé comfortable with the purchase and helped answer every question we had. She helped me locate the exact vehicle I wanted and since they didn't have the one I wanted, was able to go out of state to get the exact car I wanted and had it within 2 days.
