I had been trying to get out of my current financed loan for about a yr after several years due to a consistent high insurance and high interests rate impartial to being young and having no established credit first time i financed vehicle . My most recent attempt was with shawn who i actually met 2 months ago explaining my situation he carefully analyzed it but unfortunately came to same result at the time as everyone else could not get a banks approval due to lack of age, negative equity and no cosigner. However this did not stop him whether he was instructed or truly cared he contacted me again last week with more hopes of getting me out of my current policy i truly got a vibe that he wasnt just some sales guy he cared about his customers and wanted to get them in the right car for them that they deserve . We then began working again found an awesome 2017 chevy cruze the make/model of the vehicle i had originally wanted years back unfortunally it ended the same way with a "probably no statement if i didnt have a cosigner " however a few days later i recieved a phone call im not sure what shawn did but he got me approved !and ensured i got the car i deserved at the price and savings i wanted . The 2017 chevy cruze has not only a few extra awesome features than my previous impala but gets double the mpg and my favorite part such a high safety rating better car that its saving me 256$$$$$$ in insurance every month! Im in shock excited and love my new car i wouldnt be in the position i am now with today if it wasn't for shawn hes a great guy ! A excellent employee, well dressed, and overall essental asset to your company Balise . I EXPECT BETTER FROM CHEVROLET.. So I went to the dealership and saw a camero 2016 in the showroom, I asked the sales man about the car to which his knowledge was more limited than mi So I went to the dealership and saw a camero 2016 in the showroom, I asked the sales man about the car to which his knowledge was more limited than mine.. So even so I decided to buy the car, I asked if the scratches were going to be buffed out and was advised YES.. there was a nip on the bonnet that was inside the paint like a air bubble of sorts, I asked about that also and was told it will all be taken care of, I was asked if I wanted the car the same day as they could have it ready in two hours, I said no as I wanted to make sure that all the bits and bobs were taken care of, the salesman also informed me that there was over 2000 miles on the car as the sales manager had been using it, shocking right, I'm from the U.K. And that's NOT what sales managers do with a brand new car of over $40k So I was told that all will be perfect and I would even get some camero mats in my car the next day.. so all the papers were signed and we left. The next day I called at 11.30 to pick up my car and it wasn't ready, I must come at 1 pm, crazy considering it was a two hour job from the day before I got to the car dealership and was given the keys, the scratches were still there, the only difference to the body was a wash, when my husband asked about it, the salesman told us that they were wash scratches propably from the sales manager, and he can't see what our issue was, he kept saying it's a beautiful car , We couldn't do a lot as the papers were signed and as I was sat in the car there wasn't a cooling period The salesman just kept buttering up my husband saying how nice his Audi was.. My husband is also a Veteran and wasn't even offered any discount on this deal The salesman sat in the car and tried to explain the inner details of a car he didn't have any knowledge about. I asked the salesman .. where's my rugs, to which I was told, Chevrolet don't do Camero rugs, so he had put me plain black ones in, that wasn't what we were told the day before.. I took my new car as I was going to register it in Florida and I'm sure the dealerships will be a lot better to deal with So a couple of days later I had a call from the service dept saying they had my complaint about the scratches and the bubble, he knew they were there.. he said he would look into it, but I've heard nothing There's were a few other issues too but just too many to mention and write down. I don't feel like they were working with me and I don't think they gave a care after the paperwork was signed. We were just fobbed off like I was buying an apple not a $40k car, we went in their with the hopes of leaving happy and left disheartened and a little crushed by CHEVROLET.. I don't care if it's a franchise, all these buy outs have the CHEVROLET NAME ON THE TOP.. they are the face of the company, and from when I dealt with , not an honest one..! Excellent service Eddie was awesome start to finish. I had moved to the US from the UK causing some credit history issues. April 2nd, 2017 We went into Belize Chevrolet on Sunday, April 2nd, 2017 to look for a new car. We ended up selecting a Certified pre-owned Buick Verano. We were the first customer of the day for salesman Shaun Joseph. Shaun was courteous, professional and very efficient. No pushing or playing pricing games with "the manager ". We quickly agreed on pricing for our trade in and the Verano. Our experience at Belize was made pleasant by Shaun and his brother in the finance office.
