bought used truck had nothing but problems with it. Bought a used truck. The service engine light was on when I test drove it and they said all would be checked over and all repairs would be taken care Bought a used truck. They gave me seven keys with this truck found a bit weird but they said the guy was always loosing keys, brought it back cause the hinge was broke on door they disconnected it and gave back to me never fixed the problem then the service engine light kept coming on they said they replaced the thermostat when we got the truck back the service engine light kept coming on and off but they said unless it stayed on there was nothing they could do. one month and a half later the truck will not start at all they are saying it is now the starter and will cost 1300 to fix! Really when you google the truck it states that the truck is known for an anti theft (Pass lock) coming on and the car not starting due to key wearing and a malfuntion! It states that many keys are made to correct the problem as I stated before there was seven keys giving to us when we purchased the vehicle! Poor customer service and poor service department. Know I bought a used truck. The manager of the service department says they bypassed the starter and it worked so it is the starter. yes cause the antitheft is linked the key not the starter. But paid $7000.00 for it not $500.00. I think they was just getting rid of the truck as fast as they could and it was not checked over as it should have been done to begin with. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a reliable used vehicle! More

A dealership you can trust Let me start off by saying I have been a Balise customer over the last 8 years. I have purchased cars from Balise Toyota, Balise Nissan, and Balise Ch Let me start off by saying I have been a Balise customer over the last 8 years. I have purchased cars from Balise Toyota, Balise Nissan, and Balise Chevy during that time period. Each of the dealerships represented themselves with respect and phenomenal customer service. I was recently driving a 2014 Chevy Silverado (lease) that I had for 3 years and I couldn’t have been happier with the truck. It surpassed all my expectations while I had it. When I first leased the truck I met the sales manager from Balise Chevy, his name was Dan Good. It only took a few interactions to realize Dan was someone I could trust and was honest (which is a word that you normally don’t associate with car dealerships). At that time I was unsure of leasing, Dan never once applied any pressure and explained how it worked. During the past 3 years life took a unexpected turn for me when I was faced with a divorce. It was a horrible experience and one I wish no one. My credit took a beating and I began racking up miles on the truck. As my lease was coming to an end, I went to several dealerships driving various trucks and spoke to countless typical salesman and managers about my mileage and credit history. During this process, I had been in contact with Ahmad Elshanawany. I met Ahmad when I first leased the truck but he wasn’t my salesman at the time. Ahmad felt like a friend to me and I went to him for this next lease. I give Ahmad a lot of credit I would text him weekly about my concerns and questions. I would tell him about my experiences at other dealerships and he never bad mouthed any of them or swayed me away. I have a great deal of respect for Ahmad and today I consider him a friend. When I was down to 2 months left, I was getting a bit concerned after all the dealerships prices were way out of the ballpark. Let me also add that I had over $2,000 in milage that I was bringing into the next lease and needed a cosigner due to my credit. When I decided to sit down with Ahmad we discussed life and of course my pending decision over the truck. Ahmad knew I needed a truck with a tow package but I couldn’t care about the bells and whistles. Ahmad and Dan worked hard in locating a vehicle that would fit into my price range. However I have to admit why I will always do business with Balise is how they treat you as a person. I was lucky enough spend about an hour in Dan’s office..not discussing the truck but about LIFE. We discussed everything from my divorce to his own experiences in life. At the end of our talk Dan looked at me and said “give me one week...I will be part of this transaction until we get you where you need to be”. I believed him and left with some much needed advice about life. In exactly I received a call from Ahmad and he told me we have something in place. I never once had to go back and forth about the deal it was exactly what Dan promised. Listen I know shopping for a car is stressful and trusting a salesman that you can trust is impossible. I know it is a business but I have never felt like just a customer at Balise. I know that I can send anyone I know to Balise full of confidence they will be treated fairly. It was great to have a new truck but it is even better to call Ahmad and Dan a friend. I encourage anyone to shop at Balise for an honest and respectful experience. Sincerely Scott Blais More
