Brought a 202 CRV in for a dim display and intermittent wipers not working. They charged ~ $180 and stated they couldn't find an issue. Fast forward to when we got it home; it ended up being an adjustment wipers not working. They charged ~ $180 and stated they couldn't find an issue. Fast forward to when we got it home; it ended up being an adjustment knob on the dash and the rain sensor wasn't properly clipped in. Worse service experience we have ever had. Not sure whether to go back for any service at this dealership. More

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Balise. My interaction with Dave Goodrich, who I understand is the finance manager, was unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, Dave ran my wife’s credit before verifying the trade-in value—something that should have been done first. Only after pulling her credit did he realize the deal wouldn’t work due to negative equity. When I asked why her credit was run prematurely, he became rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. While I was trying to speak with him, he walked away and sat behind a computer instead of addressing my concerns. What made this even worse is that we were told by our sales rep, Chelsea Mattson, that the numbers had been reviewed with her manager and that everything was approved. Because of this, my family and I dropped everything, drove over an hour the day before Thanksgiving, spent an hour on paperwork, looked at the vehicle, and even left a deposit—only to be told the deal actually wouldn’t work. Whether or not the deal went through, I expected basic professionalism and customer respect from management, especially at a dealership. Based on my experience, Balise needs to do much better. More
