The purchase was negotiated in advance by email and was very straightforward, but the process became confusing and frustrating due to repeated back-and-forth, inconsistent/deceptive communication, and several unexpected changes when we arrived in person. Although key details had been confirmed multiple times, the final paperwork did not match what had been agreed, including financing terms and other transaction details. There were also multiple administrative errors that required extra trips to the dealership. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dishonest, unprofessional, and it created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The details are far more egregious and too lengthy to post in this review; I will not be back. More

One feature I especially appreciated was receiving a detailed video after the service was completed, which added transparency and confidence in the work performed.
