He hustled to get the paperwork done and got us in a car in no time. Throughout the whole process he was kind, down to earth and very friendly toward me, my wife and my mother in law. I will definitely go back to him again. In fact, I will refer everyone I know who is ready to purchase a vehicle to Brian Campbell. All in all, my wife and I are happy with the purchase of our 2011 Honda Fit. More

Amazing...top notch! I had totaled my 2016 CR-V that I had been leasing through Boch Honda in Norwood and went to Majestic Honda to enter into a new lease for a 2016 CR-V. I had totaled my 2016 CR-V that I had been leasing through Boch Honda in Norwood and went to Majestic Honda to enter into a new lease for a 2016 CR-V. It was the first time I had dealt with Majestic and I will never go anywhere else! On my initial visit I was offered the same lease I had with Boch for $50/month less!!! With Boch I was made to go to the registry with their "runner" and sat for 2.5 hours, which is highly unusual. Majestic told me that they do all registry business in-house and never need to go to the registry. I had a new lease in place in about 2 hours and the only thing that kept me from driving the car off the lot that day was the need to wait for the insurance company to pay off the prior lease. The process for that took much longer than expected....about 3 weeks. However, Sam and the team at Majestic assured me that the car would not be sold in the meantime....that it was MY car and they would hold my down payment. At the end, they also were flexible and re-worked my down payment to allow me to use some of it to pay the required deductible! Then Sam came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork when everything was settled with the insurance company. I have never seen such amazing customer service......they truly go out f their way to make sure that you don't feel like a number and were very patient throughout the process, even when I was a pest at times....LOL Sam and every other person I worked with were equally accommodating! More

Since a Honda lasts so long, we did not return until 2015 when we were in search of a small SUV. My wife fell in love with the Honda CRV so we immediately went to Majestic. They had the perfect vehicle and matched the deal given to us from TrueCar. Financing was easy and we were in the car in a few days. Recently we were in need of a new car because a family member needed a car. I went in looking for a Honda Civic EX and had worked online to find the price I wanted. After driving the car, I found I also wanted the 1.5L turbo. While Brian (our salesman) worked on the dealer numbers, I looked up the price online and determined the price I wanted to pay. Our prices were within $100. No hassling. No bargaining. Great deal, and again financing was made easy.
