I searched online, and was connected to Brian at Majestic Honda via chat. At 4 PM on a Friday afternoon, Brian went above and beyond to not only match the lower price we had negotiated on an alternative color at our local dealer, but he offered to deliver the car to us himself on Sunday evening. He sat in our driveway and showed us all of the features, including a road demo of the great safety features that we hadn't had a chance to test previously. It was amazing to find a dealer willing to not only secure the color and options that we wanted, but to give us a great experience as well. He completed delivery late on a Sunday night, and his only focus was making sure that we had all of our questions answered. Highly recommended! More

Long distance purchase After several months of searching local dealerships, and some not so local, my wife finally found the car she was looking for on an internet search. P After several months of searching local dealerships, and some not so local, my wife finally found the car she was looking for on an internet search. Problem was the dealership was over 450 miles away! We decided to contact them anyway and see how things would go. Needless to say we were a little apprehensive about doing business so far from home. But after talking with our sales man Brian Chevalier through emails and on the phone we felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the purchase. But we still had to wonder, would the car be all they claimed it to be, would the deal change when we got there, would there be hidden costs, so many questions. We still weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived. Well, two days later we arrived at Majestic Honda and to our surprise we found the friendliest, most accommodating, and professional sales and service people we had ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle! Seriously, these folks went out of their way to make us feel comfortable doing business with them, not to mention the really great deal we got on a 2015 one owner Honda Civic EX coupe. Which, by the way, was everything they said it would be and this car was immaculate. We only had a couple small concerns which the service department handled immediately and very much to our satisfaction. They had everything they possibly could ready for us when we got there and Brian took the time to help us make sense of all the electronics and settings we needed to know to safely operate our new car. Then there was the dreaded pile of paperwork that comes with such a purchase. This is when we met Laura Lariviere. Talk about being organized and prepared! This lady definitely knows her stuff and her delightful personality made the whole process seem pleasurable. Thank you Brian and Laura, for making our whole experience with Majestic Honda seem like a walk in the park. So, would I recommend doing business with the folks at Majestic Honda? In a heartbeat! In fact, I wouldn’t think twice about making that 450 mile trip again to do business with them. They are professional in every way and their customer service is second to none.
