When I came up to pick the Civic, he went over the complete car in great detail and anything I needed to know, was explained to me.Overall, I was impressed with the Sales staff, and in particular David Antoni who was excellent. After this experience, if I have an opportunity to refer potential customers, I will refer them to my Sales person David, the finance department was very good, Laura explained about the All State warranty products to protect my vehicle, she was excellent. I sent my next door neighbors to Joe and they returned with 2 new cars. At the local Honda dealership it took them 4 hours to purchase their vehicles. Purchased my used 2014 Subaru I recently purchased a nice 2014 Subaru Outback from Majestic Honda. I first contacted Brian Chevalier much earlier in my search for a car. Brian poli I recently purchased a nice 2014 Subaru Outback from Majestic Honda. I first contacted Brian Chevalier much earlier in my search for a car. Brian politely answered my questions and was courteous in not pestering me about a car purchase when I informed him that I would contact him if I saw a car I was interested in. I saw the Subaru online and made contact with Brian -- he put me in touch with Richard Brown who talked with my wife and me about the Subaru I was interested in as well as letting us test drive a similarly equipped late model Honda CR-V. We decided on the Subaru and the paperwork and loan work was quickly performed by Rich and the lady in Finance Laura Larivierer. A couple of days after I got the car I noticed a noise from under the hood. I took the car in and spoke with Mark Hampshire and I forwarded a message about the Subaru Outbacks having trouble with the serpentine belt. Mark loaned me a car, go the new belt, had it installed and returned the car to me in one day. More
