I had totaled my car and having my credit compromised due to an illness thinking the only route I had was second rate or worse car dealership to purchase something. .So I went to several used car dealership to an illness thinking the only route I had was second rate or worse car dealership to purchase something. .So I went to several used car dealerships one was worse than the other . The cars were dirty with high mileage and I won’t even mention the extra fees ,down payments,ridiculous rates etc. The offices were full of smoke with high pressured salesmen who didn’t want to be there . My wife purchased a car from Balise so she mentioned why not go there . I went online and found a pristine used car looked new with low mileage .This car was only a few years old for the same price other dealerships were asking double.I called first and was connected to a kind voice her name was Emily . I drove to Balise and was pleasantly surprised it was so clean and professional and was given a hot coffee immediately. To my surprise Emily already had the car parked in front heated and running just waiting for a test drive with no high pressure to purchase . Well the car was a dream ,flawless so clean with all the documentation stating the service records too . Then it came down to financing,I felt somewhat embarrassed due to my poor credit being in the hospital for four months .Emily’s personal touch reassured me that everything would be ok. Most importantly she made me feel so good about myself regardless of my credit. Emily created a positive atmosphere and she did everything she could to get me financed which included taxes and registration with a low down payment.. I wanted this car it was just what I was looking for .Well I had to head back to work but within an hour Emily called everything was good to go . I arrived the next day to a detailed showroom used car ( only a few years old with low mileage)that looked new . Emily offered both my wife and I coffee while waiting to sign the paperwork even my wife mentioned how professional but still personal Emily was . I’ll end it with after looking all week at these second rate lots that promised me financing and delivered nothing ,please don’t waste your time . So spoil yourself and drive to Balise in North Attleboro they have a wonderful assortment of used cars and new with low mileage that are showroom worthy . I bought a used car from there. I understand buying a used vehicle there is going to be some wear and tear on the vehicle. Lots of promises, but very few results. Bought a new car and they promised floor mats. The sales guy was very reassuring, but a month after I got my car floor mats were still being ordered. The sale experience was not that great, sales person wanted to give plates from RI, I live in MA. Anyway, after postponing my review I decided to tell what I experienced. Then, I got their attention, floor mats were ready for pick up. The manager asked me to re submit it to help the sales guy. In exchange I could pick up something from the accessories. To be frank, these guys can’t keep their promises. Be prepare to wait and wait and wait and wait some more. More
