Becky Bliven handled the financial aspect of things - my husband & I were amazed at her efficiency & apptitude for making the numbers work & securing for us the monthly payment we were looking for. Overall, this was the smoothest transaction in purchasing a vehicle, we have ever experienced. This meant a lot to us as our reason for buying a new vehicle was due to a collision that totalled our 2008 Odyssey. Dave & Becky made it possible to have our new vehicle within 48 hours. I have given what I believe is a fair rating based on experience...So my journey begins with wanting a vehicle that gets better fuel mileage and is a bit more useful than the one I had. I began with the usual internet homework and research, contacted my personal lenders to get rates and pre-approval; I would strongly recommend anyone doing this to ensure they are in the right ballpark price wise. I then spoke to people at work who strongly recommended Majestic, though one had some choice words about Service Department, though as far as I know they continue to get their service done at that location. I was initially referred to the South location during an internet inquiry and found Catherine to be very helpful, quoting an accurate and reasonable price from the beginning. When it came time to purchase I called the South location and let them know the Lincoln/N. Smithfield location was closer to me and would prefer to work the deal there. On arrival to the dealership I was greeted in a friendly manner and was introduced to Brian. Brian was a professional, as was the other staff I interacted with. We went through the usual car sales process, valuing of my trade, etc...I was then told they would like some additional time to work on the best finance rate possible and a time was established to pick up the vehicle two days later. I was pleased with the finance rate as it was competitive with my pre-approvals, beating them by almost 2 points. All in all, I would refer friends or family to this dealer without much hesitation providing they are willing to do their homework; we all make our own best deal when we go to any dealership, make sure you are making one you can live with. After my first contact with Brian Campbell it was clear we were going to make a deal for the car I wanted. I went to this dealership looking for a new vehicle (unsure of what I wanted exactly). I was greeted with a friendly and genuine smile from everyone who works there. I dealt with Mr David Antoni who treated me with respect and a high level of professional courtesy without being aloof or insincere. The sales force there does NOT work on commission so there are no high-pressure sales tactics used. I went to the dealership alone (without my husband to "protect" me) and was not intimidated or pressured in any way. I bought a gorgeous Honda Civic Si and I could NOT be happier! The price was very fair and I was given a generous amount for my 10 year old trade in too. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes from start to finish with absolutely NO hassel--(UNBELIEVABLE!!). They are even dealing with my insurance agent for me--what could be better? I have been a loyal customer of Honda, and specifically of another Honda dealer, for the last 10 years. I have found a new dealership to call my own. You can feel confident about the great deal and great service you will get at Majestic Honda in Lincoln. I am so glad I stopped in. More
