They sold me a truck with the engine knocking, so I canceled the deal and went in to get my $4000 back.they told me to dispute the charges with my bank and I asked for a receipt to give to my bank s canceled the deal and went in to get my $4000 back.they told me to dispute the charges with my bank and I asked for a receipt to give to my bank saying they would refund me. Then one of the guys begins giving me grief so I say hey do I have to involve the authorities he begins to curse and call me a nut job. I then ask whats his position there and turns out he was the GM. The GM lied about his position there's taking he was head janitor, insulted a combat veteran calling me a nut and cursing and storming off he hide in a glass office. The sales manager Dennis and salesperson Dan lied about his name calling him "Scott" and they said he was the lease manager and told me I didn't want to do this. It wasn't until I asked another salesperson his GMs name and he said Robert Serrano. They also tried to sneak a 2100 dollar extended warranty into my deal . Im reporting this to Hyundai Corporate and the owners of Balise. More

Experience with the sales team was poor at best. Drove down 1.5hrs to see a pre-owned vehicle on a scheduled appointment, and they didn’t have the keys to the vehicle. So I couldn’t test drive the vehicle down 1.5hrs to see a pre-owned vehicle on a scheduled appointment, and they didn’t have the keys to the vehicle. So I couldn’t test drive the vehicle. On top of that, the pics online did not show the hideous condition the vehicle was in, both interior and exterior. Should’ve guessed there was a catch since the vehicle was in the market for over 100 days. What a waste of time! More
Balise has had my mom's car since Tuesday. They're service department, customer service personnel didn't keep my mom informed on her car status at all. Unprofessional salesperson Do not go to this dealership. I had the misfortunate of working with Joe (salesman). Came to return my lease and he was less than unprofessional. Not only did he cop an attitude with me right away but he proceeded to be rude and use profanity while I was working with him. He was hardly helpful and made me feel uncomfortable. Scammer! Bought a CPO car from them and found it's not CPO. Shoppers be aware. This dealership is a scammer! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Sonata from them in September 2016. In 2018 I found th Shoppers be aware. This dealership is a scammer! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Sonata from them in September 2016. In 2018 I found the car is never a Certified Pre-Owned car in Hyundai's system. It's just a regular used car with no warranty what so ever. Contacted the dealership with all the evidence I have including buyer's guide showing the car is Certified Pre-Owned. They never admit their fault and claim "I am not sure if you opted not to get the car certified". Had to refer to an attorney to get the problem fixed. The manager there even pretend to be a customer and leave five star review on cars.com! Save your life and stay away from Balise Hyundai of Fairfield. More

I was paying 360 dollars a month for seven long years Then the guy didn’t give me $100 that I had won, he give $5 dollars torget gift card and he was not nice about it. I paid $ 26,000 dollars and they lied about $100. Dishonest car and dishonest service. More
