I came here for regular service and check a noise from the car when accelerating which i explained may be coming from the muffler. These were in my reason for bringing the car in during reservation. Upon checking Advisor (omar) who was already irrate with another customer ahead of me approached without compassion, and saw why i was there, he immediately said "i dont know, whats wrong with your car but it will take a while and will cost you $200 just to look at it"... For real!?!... I was expecting a more constructive response of, we'll look at it and I will let you know...Not selling me already something that we still dont know. I came back to Balise hyundai of fairfield because I hated Hyundai keys of milford (see another review where they lie on repairs that were paid but did not do it (wheel alignment). I guess all Hyundai dealership are like these. No compassion and lack of customer service. Im not asking for free, but at least help customers figure out how to fix a Hyundai Car issue!!!! . My next care will definitely be not a Hyundai... Service sucks!!!! More
I was not happy with the service at Balise Hyundai. The service advisor, Arianny, had to used a fake email address instead of the one I provided at the time of service to avoid receiving a negative re The service advisor, Arianny, had to used a fake email address instead of the one I provided at the time of service to avoid receiving a negative review. I was not satisfied with the service and was expecting a survey. However, when inquired, a different email address was on file. Please investigate this matter, review her history, and verify that the correct email addresses are associated with services. It’s unfortunate, because the other advisors and managers were helpful, but I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future to avoid her scams. More
Belise Hyundai of Fairfield is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with!! I bought a used Chevy Traverse in June of 2022 and I am putting the 3rd transmission in it now and it’s under warranty but they won’t gi dealt with!! Had a problem whereby water was spraying periodically on the floor of the passenger side. It was a clogged ac line. (First time that happened- climate change?), anyway, Omar, the service manager got me in f the floor of the passenger side. It was a clogged ac line. (First time that happened- climate change?), anyway, Omar, the service manager got me in first thing in the am and got me out within 20 minutes, 20 MINUTES!! I am overwhelmed with awe at how efficiently he ran that. 10 Stars to Omar for far exceeding my expectations! More
My experience at Balise Hyundai was anything but acceptable. If I could give negative stars I would! I dropped my car off to the shop in early June with a knocking in the engine and was told it s acceptable. If I could give negative stars I would! I dropped my car off to the shop in early June with a knocking in the engine and was told it should be repaired in two weeks. The shop was horrible at speaking with my case manager from Hyundai providing them the information that they needed to cover my repair. Once the repair was finally approved, I was unable to get any information from Omar (my service advisor) regarding my car. I was lied to about my parts being ordered and in the shop and continuously was being pushed out weeks at a time. Omar was unresponsive to my calls or texts and I had to go directly to the service manager, Jose, for any information about my repair. Even then it was hard to get anyone on the phone and the only way to get information about my car was to take personal time off and go there in person. Almost four and a half months later they finally had my car up on the lift in early October to find out that all of the parts for my car were not ordered and pushed me out another two weeks…. It was nearly impossible to have a straight answer from Omar or Jose as to when I would have my car back and operable. When I did receive my car, I was told that the battery I purchased two years ago was faulty and had to be replaced. I was not given the option to exchange the battery that was still under warranty and when I requested that battery back they provide me with a battery that was not for my car! Not to mention that the “new” one was from December 2020 and already a more than a year into its warranty! Upon driving my car off of the lot in the rain, my wipers flew off of the car, my tail lights, blinkers and running lights were all blown out and my ac was not working to de-fog my windshield. This ship down right lied about doing a full inspection on a car that was claimed to be “road ready” The service and treatment of loyal customers was completely inappropriate and I would never recommend Balise Hyundai, let alone a Hyundai service team, to anyone! I do NOT recommend this shop or even purchasing a Hyundai based on the way I was treated. More
