professional and friendly service I am on my second Lexus ES and couldn't be happier with the Lexus brand of vehicle. I had my first ES 300 for 14 years before I traded it in for the o I am on my second Lexus ES and couldn't be happier with the Lexus brand of vehicle. I had my first ES 300 for 14 years before I traded it in for the one I have now, and neither one did we purchase from Balise Lexus. Not that we didn't try, but that is another story. In looking to possibly trade in my 2005 Lexus ES 330 with low mileage, we went to Balise to test drive the new Lexus NX which I had convinced myself was my next car. Barbara Spear was my product specialist and she couldn't have been more professional, pleasant and fun to work with. After visiting several dealerships in the area trying to find my next car, (and after realizing the NX was just a bit too "muscular" for me), I have recently asked myself the question, "Why is it that there are not more women in Sales"? Balise Lexus, you may not be aware of this, but your dealership was only one of two where I encountered and worked with women sales reps. Kudos to you! As a professional woman, I do appreciate and enjoy working with women product specialists as well as men. The Balise Lexus dealership is top notch, in my opinion. Competent and professional in every way. I spoke with people in the service department looking to get information regarding service of the NX and they politely and patiently answered my questions. The receptionist did her job by greeting us and directing us to Barbara. We test drove 3 vehicles that day, the NX, CT and CT Sport, and Barbara was very helpful and patient. While they did not offer me enough for my car ( but neither did anyone else other than an independent dealer), and after driving all kinds of different cars on my journey ,this experience has enabled me to once again, "see the light", realize and appreciate that Lexus is most likely the only car for me. I've decided instead of trading it in and purchasing something new, to hang onto my car, because I believe, as does my mechanic, that it has many more good years left in it and it's been a very good friend to me for many years. However, when the time does come, my next Lexus will be purchased from Balise as long as they can negotiate a fair price. More

Patience, Courtesy, and class I just finished a three month search for the perfect dealer to buy my NX from in the area. Other dealerships were closer to me, but they didn't seem I just finished a three month search for the perfect dealer to buy my NX from in the area. Other dealerships were closer to me, but they didn't seem to want to help me find the 'right' car for me. So, I picked up the phone, called Balise, found Jim Pirro - and my luck changed. He told me he did not have 'my' car on the lot - but would find it for me - and he did. Finally the day came, we met at Balise, we negotiated, we had a great time - I trusted Jim, Bill and the Manager to have my best interest (and wallet) at heart. No one lost. Balise delivered the car to my house (90 miles away) two days later. Who does that!!? Thanks Balise!! More
