It's a "top down kind of day" My husband was looking for a Sebring convertible for me. He found 2 onlilne. With the information that Balise provided with the picture, we called Ballise Lexus to see if the car was still available. When he called, he got Kate as the sales person. He told her that we would be out to look at the car. Kate thought we would be out the next day, but we showed up within the hour. Kate let me take it for a test drive and suggested that we take ir on the highway. It was awesome. When we got back, we sat down to work out a deal. Within an hour, we had made the sale. Kate was very friendly and worked out a deal that was acceptable to all. We went back 3 days later to pick up the car. We also worked with Bill Grysziewicz, the Business Manager. We didn't feel pressured to purchase this car like sometimes happens, but not here. I would deffinately recommend Balise Lexus, and Kate. Thanks, Kate. His professionalism and caring approach was exactly why we came to Balise Lexus. We had previously bought a 2011 RX450H there and have very pleased with everyone in the service department. Ms Aleesha Peters spent about one hour reviewing in detail every button , setting etc on the day of sale. This service was not available when we purchased our prior car and it is a fantastic helpful addition before we drove out from the showroom She is very knowledgeable and available for future calls if needed. We also met with the Business Manager Bill Gryszkiewicz who sensitively explained all the additional add on warranty options (one of which we purchased) without any high pressure tactics we all hear about. In summary we'll be back for our next car purchase in the future. More

After 35 years driving/purchasing automobiles (finally) I have never had such a positive experience as which I had with Balise Lexus. Currently we live in Jacksonville Fl, looking thru autotrader I stum I have never had such a positive experience as which I had with Balise Lexus. Currently we live in Jacksonville Fl, looking thru autotrader I stumbled across a Cpo Lexus Is350c at Balise. Absoulutly the best price in the country for this vehicle. Called and spoke with Marc Thompson, honest well informed on Lexus products. After negotiations of terms and shipping finance manager called and informed me that I qualified thru their financing company get better terms/ rates. Never have I had such a positive purchasing experience in all my years shopping for autos. Waiting for the car too be delivered next week so cannot speak about product at this time (Iam confident it Will just enhance my gratitude ). If what I experienced with this dealership is any indication how Balise runs their other automotive groups. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Balise. I am now a lifetime long distance customer.
