This is my second review of Ryan Morrow. I first dealt with him almost 2 years ago when I was considering turning in my 05 Camry. He knew I was just window shopping but met with me twice . I was so impressed that last month, when because of the tariff issue and the fact that my car was now just a few miles short of 300,000 miles, that I remembered Ryan and called to see if he was still there. I made an appointment and he was as professional and knowledgable as I remembered. It was a very stressful time and dedcision and he was totally supportive and not at all pushy. The service center is bogus, and they won't. They sold me car with problems, and won't do anything to help. They want to make me pay extra money, and lose money at work. And, they don't care. I visited Balise Subaru in Warwick as a return customer to turn my lease in for a Crosstrek and get a price on a new lease. I was told by Connor (knowing my turn in was early and after already inspecting m to turn my lease in for a Crosstrek and get a price on a new lease. I was told by Connor (knowing my turn in was early and after already inspecting my car) he could match what I’m paying now provided I lease their Impreza because it’s a less expensive than another car I expressed interest in. So, I decided to return the next day to seal the deal then was told by Ryan I’d have to pay $53 more a month with 1k down. I left unhappy as I received two very different quotes. When I followed up with Ryan via email and asked why the huge discrepancies, he completely stopped interacting with me. This dealership is extremely dishonest and do not respect their customers. BEWARE! In the end, I bought a brand new Toyota at a different dealership. Dishonesty and avoiding customers will not get you far. I will be sure to never step foot at Balise Subaru dealership again and I am telling my friends and family to avoid Balise Subaru in Warwick, RI. Amy is part/service is excellent to work with, professional and pleasant. More
