FINANCE DEPARTMENT = SWINDLERS The sales person was pleasant to deal with, I went in on a Friday evening not expecting to buy a car, but they offered me some pretty good deals so I The sales person was pleasant to deal with, I went in on a Friday evening not expecting to buy a car, but they offered me some pretty good deals so I put down a deposit (Forester). I returned on a Sunday to get my trade-in appraised which they lowballed me below Poor on KBB. I was able to get them to give me $200 more for it, so okay. Fine, it did have a dent in the side, I was getting a good deal with the new car. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT for the appraisal and FOUR HOURS LATER, I drive away with my new car exhausted and extremely unhappy. I was paying in cash, didn't need to bother with financing or brand new insurance. After 3 hours of shivering in the overly air conditioned dealership, I finally meet with the finance guy so he can try and sell me on more stuff I wasn't intending to buy (extended warranty, 3M protection, 2 years of all maintenance, etc). I wasn't going to go for it, but the way they presented the pricing information, I thought it was only going to increase the cost by $900. After I had signed all the paperwork for these additional warranties and protections etc, he prints out the final sale information and I see that I owe more than $3000 above what I originally agreed to with the salesman (almost completely wiped out the value of my trade in). He said that it was "kind of already too late." He entered in all of the information. "Sorry for the confusion." Don't be tricked by the finance guy. He talks really fast and spouts a bunch of numbers at you. Make sure you understand that the new "total" price he presents you at the bottom of the paperwork already takes out the value of your trade-in. More

Patric showed me that I could switch to the car I really wanted and still keep my payments where I wanted them to be. He was never pushy and always upbeat. He worked hard to get me the trade in value I wanted for the Crosstrek. I love my new Forester ! More

fast and easy I had made an 11.30am test drive appointment and was taken careof by Patric. Comfortable person to be with. Patric Saad - Genuinely #1 I did the unthinkable and walked into a dealership as a woman alone. LOL. Patric went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible knowing I was I did the unthinkable and walked into a dealership as a woman alone. LOL. Patric went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible knowing I was trading in a car with an upside down value. I actually got more car than I thought I could get. The finance people - Joe and Chris - were awesome and reached out to their network to get me the best financing package available for the lease. Have to say I had been going to the same salesman at a different dealership with different make of car for 20 years and was afraid to wander. However, Patric exceeded my expectations as a salesman as did the support staff. Even the protections they encouraged me to get turned out to be valuable even after having the vehicle for only 24 hours - parked under a tree at work where the birds did what birds do and berries were squashed on the car. Came home, took out a hose and voila - it came off with no scrubbing. I'm a believer in this dealership and Subaru product as the staff were awesome and anticipate the same throughout my lease. The Forrester I'm leasing has got to be hands down the most comfortable ride I've ever driven. Trust me folks, I don't hand out kudos easily. MAKE YOUR FIRST CONTACT -- PATRIC SAAD!!!!!! More
