Best dealership to deal with! I walked into the dealership knowing that I wanted to test drive the 2013 Ford Edge. Alex Morales took me on the test drive. I fell in love with car. We walked back into the showroom to his desk and we started filling out the paperwork and running numbers and had an approval..then the next step was to Chris Jutras office for the financial paperwork. Chris was very thorough and explained everything. These two guys were great to deal with. I would recommend this dealership and these guys to anyone! Thanks again guys for getting me into to vehicle I have had my eyes set on for a while. You guys rock! More

I had actually texted with Randy at the dealership through the website. * Great option to text especially since I was at another Subaru dealership at the time. Alex showed us the car and we went on a great test drive. I wanted a specific price for my trade in and after some negotiations we agreed on a price. Alex was very thorough and showed us everything in the car, programmed our phone and went over the car manual. We left in the car that night. So far I really like the car and it feels extremely solid. Alex has contacted us several times to make sure we are satisfied and gone the extra mile. His sale didn't end when we left the lot and I think that's rare in a salesman. He was actually so nice that I apologized for getting a bit feisty over my trade in but he took it in stride. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly go back when we need another car although that shouldn't be for years:) More

Excellent all around customer service!!! I test drove several vehicles before, on a whim, I decided to stop by my local Subaru dealership to try a new Forester. That dealership was unprofessional but I loved the Forester and began price shopping around different Subaru dealerships. Balise Subaru far and away had the most competitive prices and I contacted them for a test drive. When I arrived, I was met by Patric Saad and immediately noticed a difference in approach between Patric and the Balise team and the other dealership. Patric knew what I was looking for and immediately showed me the options available. Even though I had already done a test drive with a salesman at another dealership, Patric was far more knowledgeable and showed me features on the vehicle that I was previously unaware that the vehicle had. The negotiating process was extremely straightforward and the Balise team played no games. They offered the 2015 Subaru Forester at an extremely competitive price and negotiating the trade in value of my vehicle was a surprisingly pleasant experience. There were no games and I feel like I received a very fair trade in offer from Balise. From then on, Ian Mochrie explained the various extended warranty options that were available and helped me pick the option that best fit what I was looking for without trying to get me to buy things I didn't want or need. The entire car buying experience was very pleasant, stress free and straight forward. The Balise team does an excellent job at providing you with all the options so that you can make the choice that is right for you, without trying to sell you things you don't want or need. My only regret is that I didn't go to Balise first before I tried another dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Balise Subaru and I highly recommend you go to Balise! More

Excellent Subaru buying experience I called Balise Subaru asking for a black 2015 Subaru BRZ, and I was forwarded to a salesman named Rob. Rob informed me that they had no BRZ's in stoc I called Balise Subaru asking for a black 2015 Subaru BRZ, and I was forwarded to a salesman named Rob. Rob informed me that they had no BRZ's in stock, but if I could come in, we could discuss ordering a new one. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by nothing but friendly service. I immediately sat down with Rob, discussed everything I would like in my BRZ, and he managed to find one within 10 minutes of being there, that was about 300 miles away. He informed me that he could get it there in one week on a flat bed, so that it would have under 10 miles on it when it arrived. When I got to the dealership to pick it up and pay for it, the BRZ had 9 miles on it, and was beautifully prepped for the sale. The whole buying experience was extremely pleasant, easy, and pressure-free. I got my BRZ for a great price, and Rob was an awesome salesman to work with! More

Bought a used Ford truck from Joe Orefice & he was great. I bought a 2011 Ford Escape back in the winter & Joe Orefice was my salesman. I called in & since I was coming from 90 minutes away, I said I was loo I bought a 2011 Ford Escape back in the winter & Joe Orefice was my salesman. I called in & since I was coming from 90 minutes away, I said I was looking for no games & was not going to play any. We negotiated a price & the next day I came in to buy the car. Considering much of the transaction took place over the phone it was refreshing that Joe treated it seriously & when I came in didn't seek to play games. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I tend to have a low tolerance for games & I tend to be the guy who storms out of a dealership in anger... none of this happened as Joe was upfront from the start. I told him that I was so happy with the transaction that I would write him a review...and here I am many months later! More
