Balise Subaru

I have visited Balise Subaru two times this month and was ignored both times. The first time I had gone there with my older sister to look at a car that caught my eye from the website. I walked around for a bit waiting for a salesperson to approach me. I found out that the car I was interested in was sold. No big deal there were a few other good choices to choose from but still no salesperson so I left. The second time I went there I had both my older sister and brother to look at another car. Once again we walked around for a few minutes and had found the other car to be sold also. Bad luck on my part but I did see one car that interested me, now only if a salesperson would come to speak to me about a car. I became very impatient and started looking for someone. I found a person who completely ignored me on his way to another customer that had just arrived. Becoming infuriated I just got into my car and left. I mean to just be disrespected twice like that. I don't think that's how you're supposed to do business. I won't be going there again and will inform my friends to stay away so they don't get disrespected as I did. More

I had a great car buying experience at Balise Subaru today. I had been looking for a quality used Kia Sorrento and found a nice one at Balise Subaru. The price was $2000 less than any other Sorrento I was looking at and it was in beautiful shape. I took a lengthy test drive and asked quite a few questions. My husband test drove the same SUV for me last week. Not once were we pressured to buy. I wasn't sure about financing and told them what I found through another lender. They said I could try to finance with them and if they could not match or beat it, I was free to finance elsewhere. They beat my rate and I had a smaller payment than I anticipated. I traded my car in for a fair value as well. Adam, the finance manager was so nice, friendly, and explained the paperwork efficiently. I started this conversation with Dan on-line and Joe helped me when I arrived for the test drive. Dan, Joe and Adam work together as a great team, and the owner Randy was kind enough to introduce himself and reassured me that if there were any issues with the truck, to give him a call. This SUV had many features that I had not used before, so Joe took his time explaining how to operate the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! It was an easy, relaxed experience and from start to finish it took about 3 and 1/2 hours. I drove away in my new to me SUV and I couldn't be happier! More

ABSOLUTELY WE WOUD REFER THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE. Initially, we had a very negative experience with the former sales manager, regarding a recently purchased used RAV-4. We had a problem which should have been covered under our 50/50 warranty, but he didn't want to hear it. We got the runaround, our calls were ignored, etc. Our salesman, Ed, tried to intervene, but was shot down. Randy replaced the former sales manager, and Ed told him about our situation. Randy called said he was going to do whatever he had to, "To put a smile back on my face." We were skeptical. We brought in our RAV-4 in and they lent us a Subaru. Living on a hill, we soon discovered that the famous Subaru all wheel drive was amazing in the snow. Couple of days later, Randy called to say the RAV-4 transmission was bad, and he offered to TAKE THE CAR BACK and refund our money!!!!! We were stunned speechless. We decided that customer service like that deserved our business, so we test drove a used Subaru Legacy they had for sale. We loved it. Terrific handling, comfort, style, and great mileage, it was the complete package. We negotiated a very fair price, and drove it home that night. This fall the lease is up on our other car, and we will go back to Ed and Randy. Balise Subaru is the most amazing dealership we have ever been to, and they have earned our loyalty. More
