I recently purchased a 2011 Subaru legacy from balise Subaru, and the experience was excellent! I had the pleasure of working with Dan Russo, he was extremely friendly helpful and professional. Car shopping has come along way. It can be really painful sometimes, with the pressure some of the sales men and women are under (and the GMs). Good service and information, and an appropriate amount of follow up/check-in calls. After about a month of looking around, I came down to see the car. It was Nyle's day off, but Joe Orefice was by the door when I got there. He stood up and handled everything, knowing full well this was not a big commission sale (used car, splitting the commission). He was very straight-forward, didn't talk my ear off about the car or try to up sell me. He read me right, and it was an easy sale once I was there. When I pushed on price, they went as far as they were comfortable, and it was a fair price, so they made the sale. When the wait was long to speak with the finance dept, he said no problem - go home (to Connecticut) and we'll deliver the car to you. It just does not get better than that. Real, old fashioned customer service, all for a non high ticket used car. You can bet I'll recommend Joe (and Nyles) to my friends in Rhode Island, and go out of my way to give them business. More

It is rare that I write any kind of reviews, but we had a really positive experience... Bryan was great from beginning to end. He owns and is really into Subarus, so he really knows his stuff. He is also very laid back and easy going. (I used to sell cars, and was very impressed.) Bryan and Randy worked hard with us to come up with a very fair deal on our trade and a new Forester XT. We ordered the XT and it came in as promised. Definitely worth the wait... This is our third Subaru and we plan to go back to these gentlemen when we're ready for the next one. Nyles was very knowladgeable about the Legacy and gave us a great deal on the car we got. When we picked up the car Nyles spent over an hour going over how the various aspects of the car worked. We hadn't bought a new car in over 10 years so there were many things on this car that were not on our old car and Nyles explained how everything on the new car worked. We couldn't have been more plesed. More
