We went to look for used Subaru Outback with fairly tight budget. Because of that, although we had an eye on one particular car we were very cautious -- may be overly so -- in making the decision. An average dealer/sales person could have lost their patience and left us behind. But Joe was very patient, never pushy and let us do it the way we felt most comfortable. Joe's service was great; the above rating is one notch below because some of the other parts of the process could have been better -- such as our first test drive that we had an appointment but the car was not ready so we ended up waiting for some time (this was before Joe was assigned to us), and the Internet rep was a bit slow in response. But in the end we had a very good experience and would recommend this dealer, and especially Joe, to our friends. More
I must say that Joe Cukier is probably one of the nicest and most efficient young man. He took very good care of me and very honest with me. Tried to rob for second time in three weeks. My wife bought a new Outback 3 weeks ago, I let her make the deal. She overpaid for the new car, they stole her trade-in, they screwed up the paperwork and c bought a new Outback 3 weeks ago, I let her make the deal. She overpaid for the new car, they stole her trade-in, they screwed up the paperwork and charged her double sales tax (nice try) resulting in delays with her registration. So - I thought I would give them a chance to redeem themselves. Obvoiusly, these greedy "managers" did not se me coming in as a returning customer, rather as a glutton for punishment. They were trying to sell me a car they did not even have. Bryan Breedan was great, it was his boss that did not want to sell me a car. A complete joke! More
I went to ask some questions about trading in a used car and explained that I didn't want to pay more than I was already paying per month. Bryan and the rest of the staff were courteous and accommodating throughout the new car buying process.
