I had been searching for a used vehicle for about a month, when I found a used Hyundai elantra at Balise Subaru. I had heard good things about Balise Subaru, so I stopped by to look at what they had to offer. I wanted a Subaru Impreza because it has all-wheel drive, and is a smaller car than I have had before. Hi just wanted to say what a first great experience i had today visiting Balise Subaru. I just recently purchased a new 2013 subaru outback and although it was not purchased at Balise it was purcdhased out o today visiting Balise Subaru. I just recently purchased a new 2013 subaru outback and although it was not purchased at Balise it was purcdhased out of state....I called to inquire about service to my car because I live here in RI 2 miles from this dealership and explained I was having a problem with my blue tooth being paired with the car,,,,,they very nicely said no problem bring car in anytime they would be happy to help me. I am not very good technically but a young man by the name of Joe cukier was so patient and nice and very professional. He helped me with my problem and even spent extra time explaining a few other things to me. i told him he "made my day" and that he was my new contact person....his reply was call anytime he would be happy to help. Over multiple visits to Balise Subaru and Toyota dealerships, we narrowed down the vehicle that suited us best. Ed was always positive and professional. Yet, when I only had an hour for a given dealerships, we narrowed down the vehicle that suited us best. Ed was always positive and professional. Yet, when I only had an hour for a given encounter, it always seemed to take longer. This resulted in many more encounters than necessary. Also, we made it quite clear that the amount of money available in this negotiation was to include maximum warranty. The final stages were not salutory. With the handoff to the finance guy, the bottom line changed, and the warranty was now extra. We reconciled the first, but I ended up proceeding without the warranty, hence the OK rating for price and overall experience. I understand this finance guy is no longer with the company, but my experience stands as it was. More
