Overall I'd rate my experience as positive. I visited Balise Subaru to test drive a 2008 MINI Cooper S. Within minutes I was behind the wheel on a test drive. I showed interest in the vehicle. I was never pressured but I'd say they are efficient at selling cars because within about an hour I was the new "owner" of the MINI. I can't say they pushed me into the car, because it was my choice, but it all went down a little fast for my taste. This was the only "negative" although some would probably say it's a positive. The MINI is a great car and they did a fine job getting me the lowest possible APR. Paperwork, insurance and loan payoff was a breeze. I feel my trade-in was under valued but where is it not? Again overall it was a good experience, customer service was good. Would I recommend Balise Subaru? Yes. Are they good at selling cars? Absolutely. More
