We walked in to Balise Subaru looking to test drive and learn more about the Cross Trek, and Subarus in general. We had looked at other vehicles and spoken to consultants at a few different dealerships (i learn more about the Cross Trek, and Subarus in general. We had looked at other vehicles and spoken to consultants at a few different dealerships (ie: mini, Chrysler/jeep). Joe was very friendly & pleasant from the moment we walked in. He was also knowledgeable regarding all the different Subarus. He listened to our needs and helped us purchase the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Joe went out of his way and took time to make us feel comfortable and helped us make an informed decision on which vehicle to purchase as well as explaining the benefits of Subaru as a car maker. If I have a friend looking for a vehicle, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Joe as to them, as I felt we were treated with respect and fairness. Michael in the finance department was super helpful and pleasant to work with as well. He made the financial process easy and understandable. Michael made it clear that we can phone him at any time and get any questions answered. His knowledge made it easier for us to go through the finance process and get the vehicle we wanted. Both of these gentlemen made us feel at ease, and that they were there to help us, not just to make a sale. Since I was already leasing a Subaru vehicle and was very happy with the car, my husband and I came into the sales office to evaluate our options since my lease was due to expire. He was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't too pushy about making a sale, and made sure to answer every question we had. My husband and I ended up purchasing a new Subaru the same day to replace my leased car. The service team was great in getting the car ready to drive out of the dealership the same day. Although pleasant and extremely cordial, my interaction with Randy Sassone was somewhat limited. While Sandra was busy servicing another customer, Joe Orefice stepped in and went through a myriad of details with me; he was very patient and thorough. My only disappointment was to be told that my new auto should have ResistAll installed for another $795, which is what I had assumed came automatically with all new vehicles.
