We test drove a Forester one week, squeezed in time to drive an Outback the next, and Gus was there each time (staying late, as we only had time after work to visit the dealership) to answer our questions and share with us the cool features about each car so that we could make our decision about which one was right for us. We LOVE our new car and, again, the whole car buying process was comfortable and really a great experience. We came in to shop for a used Sabaru. Kim Nall came right up to us when we walked through the door. She talked to us about our needs and said with our budget she might be able to get us in to a new ca right up to us when we walked through the door. When we got back she started figuring out all the numbers between the different vehicles and also the savings we would have in gas mileage. Kim was very knowledgeable and informative about all the models we drove. She took the time to show us all differences between the models we were looking at, gave us a chance to see each mode, test drive the different models,l and pointed out the different options we could have in the car. Our previous experience with another dealership left us wary about buying a car right away but Kim made us feel comfortable with the purchase and helped us to find not only the car that fits our needs but the car that fits our budget! It was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. More
