I came to this dealership because of online posted reviews, despite the fact that it was considerably further away than two other dealerships. I was not disappointed! My first contact was on the phone with Todd Gerry -he was very responsive to my questions and anything but pushy. When I did get to the agency Todd was out but Larry Flake assisted us and was also very helpful in answering our questions and getting us started on the process (not anything one generally looks forward to). Todd took over on our second visit, secured the car we wanted ( a 2011 Outback wagon Limited) in very short order with the options we requested and fixed a price on the spot for our trade-in. We were totally pleased working with this affable, no nonsense and helpful sales person. When the car arrived he ran us through the workings and even had someone set up our cell phones with the bluetooth (a really important option!) Now, you might say that all this is to be expected. I agree - but how often does it happen! More

I went to Steve Lewis Subaru to buy my first car after hearing many positive recommendations from others. Todd was an incredibly genuine, caring salesmen who truly cares about the customer. Todd was very knowledgeable about the current inventory on the lot-within minutes of learning of my budget and car requirements-we were test driving cars! After purchasing the car, there were some very minor problems I noticed (to be expected with a used car). The dealership directed me to Randy (in service), who was very punctual, caring, and accommodating. Shortly, my car was returned to me in better condition then I had hoped!!!! To sum it up, my first car buying experience was wonderful at Steve Lewis Subaru (and I now LOVE being a Subaru owner!!!). I strongly recommend asking for Todd Gerry as a salesmen and Randy Sefton for any repairs. More

My car is new so right now all I'm taking it in for is scheduled maintenance. So far, everything seems to be going fine. Since the car is new, the service charges are minimal and the time spent waiting for the work to be completed has been acceptable. This is my first Subaru and first experience with this dealership so it's hard to tell at this point if they're a "great" place to buy a car. Like I said above, so far everything is fine and I will continue to take my car there to be serviced. There is also a body shop and car rental office on the premises so if you dings removed or scratches repaired, it's very convenient. More
