I had an excellent experience at Steve Lewis Subaru. I had a feeling that the entire staff was working together on my behalf. My salesman,Larry Flakes was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all honest. At no time during the two weeks that we searched for the right auto did I ever feel pressured to buy anything but what I wanted. He did his homework and I did mine as a team. When the right vehicle came along he let me know right away and worked earnestly and honestly with Joe Clark to get me the most for my trade-in and the lowest price for the 2009 Outback Limited, which I purchased. Larry went out of his way to satisfy any questions I had about my prospective "new" car and even threw in a few extras that he knew from talking with me that I would appreciate. Once we decided on a price he moved as rapidly as possible to get me behind the wheel, including handling my plate and insurance transfer and inspection. I could not have designed a better experience. I shopped around at other dealers and I can tell you that none of them came close to the professionalism, knowledge, and obvious concern for my welfare than the staff at Steve Lewis Subaru. Since purchasing my vehicle I have met several other customers of Steve Lewis Subaru who have had similar very positive experiences. There was a timeframe of three weeks before we were able to return to the dealer due to a family emergency. Bill and I talked on the phone and there was no high presssure double talk just honesty. When we returned the original 2011 Outback had been sold but Bill was able to get one on the lot within a few days. It was again test driven as my husband now had a fractured back but still provided the safety and comfort needed. I have had the car for 1 week and am delighted with the salesperson, dealership and of course my 2011 Outback. More

As two women we felt treated in a respectful and courteous manner. Our big dog (at 145 lbs!!) was welcomed & made comfortable while we negotiated the purchase of 2 new Subaru.
