He was really good at letting me know how the repair process was going. It took 2 weeks to get the repair done. The only thing I would have changed about my experience was the loaner vehicle experience. The gas tank only had 1/4 of a tank. I had to fill up the next day. With the stress of returning my car again during the busy Holiday season the added stress of having to get gas was a little irritating. I returned the car with 3/4 to a 1/2 of tank so the next person would not have to worry about that right after they get the car. More

Brought my car in for the factory scheduled service and told them the last time that I was in they mentioned the tires were getting low on tread.
