Certainly, you can contact me for more information if you wish. I have no complaints with the service I received. It's just the evasive nature of the problem that makes me disappointed. It has made the noise only two times since my visit to the shop, so it's very hard to duplicate it. You can call me at 415-535-6570 if you wish. Thank you.
