I needed help, and that's what I got from Benny Cruz! I purchased my 2013 Subaru Legacy from Steve Lewis Subaru a few years back. I received excellent customer service at that time. Recently, I obtained a new iphone, and was having difficulty pairing it with my bluetooth in the car. I called the dealership, and was told to bring it in and someone would help me with the process. The only day and time I could go was on a Friday around 11. When I arrived at the dealership, I found that they were extremely busy. However, I proceeded to the Service Dept where I was greeted by a gentleman at the counter. I explained my situation, and while I could see he was very busy, the gentleman (whose name sadly I did not get) made it a point to get me some help. The young man who came with me to set up the iphone was Benny Cruz. I can not say enough about how much he helped me! Setting up the bluetooth on the 2013 is complicated, to say the least! Benny went through it step by step, even assisting me in transferring my contacts to the car! It was pretty obvious to me that Benny had a lot of other things to do on this busy morning, but he took the time to help me without rushing or impatience! And thankfully, he knew his stuff. I can not say enough good about Benny - I hope his boss is reading this! And to add to this, I can not say enough good about my experiences with Steve Lewis Subaru! I hope this continues for many years to come! Thanks again Benny! More

So far, excellent! In mid-November, 2015 I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy with help from Gus (no longer w/Steve Lewis) and he was great - articulate and efficient. The tech person who helped me e.g. sync my phone etc. (Julie) was helpful too. The 1,000 mile "check-up" was uneventful. I had the 6,000 mile service conducted at about 5,800 miles b/c it was convenient to me; that was about three weeks ago. It was done quickly; and when I left the lot I felt all was good. I did however need follow-up help with two issues: (a) once my odometer reached 6,000 miles, when I turned on the car I was offered help to schedule my 6,000 mile service (which had been done); and, (b) my phone had become "unsynced" from the car. So, I called expecting it to be a hassle to figure things out. I was told to come over at my earliest convenience, which I did that day (afternoon of Friday, March 11). The guy at the service desk (sorry I didn't get his name) listened to my description of what I needed help with and summoned Benny Cruz who accompanied me to my car and in 15 minutes he had me on my way with everything "made right". I want to thank the Steve Lewis Subaru staff who fielded my call and emphasized they wanted to fix my problems ASAP, the gentleman at the desk who listened carefully to my "problems" and then summoned the aforementioned Mr. Cruz who was quick, very competent and polite. Steve Lewis makes it as painless as is possible to deal with a car that needs work. Will Lamb is extraordinary in how he provides customer service. He was relentless in trouble shooting an intermittent problem and never made us feel like we were a bother. When servicing has required a loaner car, he has provided one that meets our special needs without even being asked to do so. Dave, his head mechanic, stayed late on a Saturday to help with a problem so we could drive our car home. We feel confident of the work done. The dealership provides a shuttle for customers who wish to shop while their car is serviced. And the waiting room is clean, comfortable and stocked with delicious snacks. I've recommended Steve Lewis to friends and wouldn't go anywhere else. More
At first amazing, then over priced, but nice customer servic Went in to get catalytic convertor replaced under 10 year warranty for Subaru Forester. They changed it for free and did a load of other work that was needed under warranty or call backs. Great, took 4 hours. Then returned a few weeks later as exhaust started making an awful noise and front left headlight went out. They replaced the front headlight for a whopping $49! The bulb costing $29. The awful noise was down to two splits at 2 flanges along the exhaust, past the rear convertor. I am disappointed that these splits or rusting was not noticed during the work to replace the cat convertor and work on other parts of the car. This work was quoted at over $1600! As I know the parts are likely a lot cheaper I looked around for quotes from other garages. The cheapest quote was just under $600! Big difference. Also after leaving Subaru after getting the left headlight replaced the right headlight went. I wasn't prepared to pay another $49 so I called the garage who gave me the cheaper quote for the other work. They replaced it and only charged $15! Big difference again. Sadly I will not be returning to the dealership any time soon as it appears to be rather expensive. Disappointing as everyone was very friendly and the waiting area was very nice. In summary- the dealership service center was great for warranty work (where everything is free), but not so good for service work not covered by warranty. Over 100% more expensive than other local auto repair garages. More

I went there to get an oil chang and it took almost 2 hours! Then when I get the bill 75$ they wrote up the wrong bill. Luckily at least I pay attention. The staff was all out rude. Because I had an injured leg do to an accident and can't stand in line they served everyone that came to Steve lewis subaru before me! Then when I get in my car it says the oil is only at 50 % so thinking they didn't check my oil I checked everything. They did. But eventhough you pay for them to top of your fluids they don't and they leave trash in your car. They only want to sell cars here definitely not about customer service!!!! Soooo fed up More
