Things went pretty smooth I purchased a new Kia Niro Hybrid last Sunday and was comfortable with the payments but we went into the night so the car wasn’t able to get “detailed” on that day so I had to Hybrid last Sunday and was comfortable with the payments but we went into the night so the car wasn’t able to get “detailed” on that day so I had to go back another day. Well I tried calling and no answer then I finally left work and dropped off the car, I had my wife pick me up and about 1.5 hours later they called me that my car was ready. Well.... the car was not detailed at all. They washed it and out armor all on the wheels and that was it. I was really disappointed that I took all of that time to go get a ride and then go back just for a standard car wash. That was very very disappointed with this. I mean if that was the car I have a soapy Joe’s car wash I could have done that. They didn’t even clean the dashboard. It’s like they say they say that the difference is in the details well they sure ruined my experience by not even having the courtesy of detailing the car as it should have been. I guess that since the sale was done, so we’re they. These kind of details that ruin a possible positive shopping experience and most definitely a good review More
